Who can I bring to my showing?

We see family, friends, architects, interior designers, and builders all attend meetings, so you can choose how many people you want to bring ensuring they are all there to collaborate to help you.

You will also have a Plans Reviewer there too who can assist you if you need help.

What if I have multiple floors?

We operate by touchscreen, so easily managed, if you are showing more than one floor, we start with the ground level, then move to upstairs or to the basement. This only takes seconds to do.

What can I expect in my showing?

During your session you will have a Plans Design Consultant operating the projection of your plans and will be in your showing. Their role is to ensure your session is progressing smoothly, changing the plans if needed and moving furniture around. Our staff have construction and design experience.

You can expect your session to be filmed and photographed during your onsite customer visit. At times this footage may be used for social media and marketing platforms. However, this will only be with customer prior approval to be filmed and photographed.

What do people use our site for?

We have a vast range of uses, including private custom home plans from large premises to granny flats, owner builders, interior designers, off the plan property development and commercial plans such as office layouts, retail and franchise layouts, landscaping and pools, health practices such as medical centres. In summary anything that is a plan we are able to show it.

Additional services offered are Augmented Reality and Live Design which are charged at an additional cost and can be quoted at time of booking.

  • Stairs - You can ascertain if stairs are the right width and depth.

Does the time include setup time?

Your plans are reviewed for projection 48 hours prior to your booking and this is all included in the fees. Your plans will be on display 15 mins prior to your booking time ready for your arrival.

How does the technology work?

We have an extensive investment in multiple top class projectors that all talk to each other, and these are located suspended from the ceiling in our showroom facility. These all talk to each other and our software program takes the file, runs it through the software program and it tells the projectors how to project it to the right scale. (The rest of the technology - well that’s a well-guarded secret for LSP employees only).

What format does my plan need to be in for a showing?

A PDF file is ideal, ensuring the scale is marked on it as well as one floor measurement per floor. We can adjust our computer for the different scales. The most common one is 1:100, but others are fine.

What is ahead for Lifesize Plans?
